one question..

did you not have clamps for the "beauty pannels"

causseee screws dont seem that beautiful to me lol

the trim panels will be screwed on, but they will be covered in suede most likely. the holes from the screws will be filled in with bondo

idk, i hope its high though.

im gonna round the insides still, so theyre not 100% done, i have to get my friends router first. im gonna buy one eventually.

50hz port

inside box (there will be a final baffle on the front, making the sub and port flush)

35hz port

i dont know why, i just over do it on screws and glue.

i wouldnt be so sloppy with the glue, but i dont have the little squirt bottle, i only have a gallon of tite bond. i need to buy a bottle and just keep refilling it, becuase pouring from the gallon sucks lol.

next on the list is to resin everything, and fill the screw holes on the ports with bondo so the baffle has no holes in it

i dont know about that 35hz port.. the way it turns like that i would say it will sound like poo

why dont you try curfing the inside of the port to curve it instead of a 90 degree turn???
