mid bass, looking at options

Appreciate the help, talking to some people ama start doing it right. So I’ll be getting some bass first and add proper dampening then I’ll be working up from that. I was trying to get everything at once but these things can be overwhelming… I really don’t want to be loud but rather sound nice as fck inside when cruising…

Also i linked to the proper soundqubed 6.5s in my earlier postman. The ones you chose were the wrong ones.
Thanks; are those better than silver flutes?

Tell us what vehicle you have and we'll go from there.

Thanks.

Check out the CDT midranges, I've been very happy with my speakers from trumpet. He'll definitely point you in the right direction.

I've heard a lot of great things about the drt 25 tweeters as well

soundqubed 6.5 are sold out. check out some exodus anarchys 6.5

You cant go cheap with tweeters and you need to set them up properly. Again, you've never heard proper tweeter setup at all. Way back when i first started car audio, i hated tweeters too, made the music harsh sounded but all i've heard were stock and factory setups. When i heard my first properly done tweeter, I cant imagine music without it anymore.

those have tweeters lol

Speakers arent meant to produce bass as in bass made by a subwoofer.

these dont Have tweeters and make very punchy midbass when properly AMPED with full power along with proper door treatments.

http://www.513electronics.com/how-to-improve-your-vehicles-bass-sound-dampening-part-1/ There are 9 parts, make sure you perform each step if you want the most out of your setup.

QP-MR6.5 (Sold As Pair) (Grills Not Included)
So you don't need a tweeter with those? $56 seems awful cheap, how do they sound compared to say $200 components or coaxials? I might get something like this for my next ride.

I currently have JL C3-600's but their pretty flat, gonna add a slim sub under the dash to add more mid-bass.

If you read all the other posts, op said he hates tweeters.

I actually like the soundqubed pro 6.5 mids more than all the mids from all the 250 and under components I've owned.
