mid bass drivers.

other than kicker who has a midbass driver. and where should i put it. I have 5x7 alpine type-Ss in the front doors now, but if they would sound better in the front doors than the rear deck I guess I could put the Ss in the rear deck for fill and build some mounts for the front door. Oh I have tweeters up front already. Factory that came with the car but they sound really good. The people at american that I put them in my self and I have had a few people ask what brand they are.

i'd say go w/ the adire audio koda mid driver.....its 160.00 for the pair tho......in all reality i'd suggest getting a componet set and not rely on the factory tweets.....thats jus me tho

That is an other option. What is a good comp set with very good mid bass and a good tweeter for around $180. And a good amp to go with for about $120.

CDT CL-61s are on sale at http://www.thezeb.com/caraudio/cdt_audio.html . just installed a set of them last week, really really nice components. we got that along with a us acoustics 2080 http://www.thezeb.com/caraudio/us_acoustics.html and the total came out to be only $233 shipped! that was a **** good price for great comps and a nice amp to power them.
