I would run a single 18". Something like a Fi Btl. It'll have the cone area advantage over the others and buying a single sub is typically cheaper. Also you're gonna need the pair of 3000s to get that 152.

To get to 150+ with 2 12's, you're going to need a shit ton of power. Like 5k+.

ok power wont be the issue the issue in subs and then enclosure. how is 1 18 have an cone advantage over 5 8s, 3 10s, or 2 12s, honestly cause i dont know

The problem with using 8s is it takes a lot of power to hit big numbers. Most 8's don't have anything bigger than a 2" coil and don't like much more than ~500w RMS. When you go pumping 1500w through one, it tends to die quickly. The advantage of 10s and larger woofers is that they can use 3" voice coils with much higher power handling.

Atomic makes a good product but there customer service is shitty, I would choose another company based on that alone.

yeah i would go with the 1 18 and 1 3kw amp might do a 150 but not likely.

ok 1 18 that can handle 6kw rms would be nice if i could get for around 400 but open to anything. also how big should the box be and tuned to ? and could i do a drop in port also so i can have one setup for strictly spl and 1 for beating the block down

2 dd 2512As with dual 2ohm coils... do 4 cubes tuned to 40 with 120in^2 of port AREA... tuning will be crutical so you will have to make several ports to get it just right but they will do 150+ for short periords of time...
