I don't know if this is the right section of the forum to post this but recently my dog climb through my window at night and ate the rubber surrounding of my 10 inch kicker I wanted to know if there is any metal scrap value in this or any sub or speaker or should I just accept my losses and throw it in the garbage?

The dog ate my speaker... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gif that's a new one.

Maybe save the magnet for a paper weight. Sorry mang, I don't think it's worth saving.

You could separate the steel from the magnet and scrap that -- but not worth the time as far as return.

We used to throw old / unusable drivers into scrap cars before taking them in; doesn't hurt but makes maybe a dollar worth of difference.

scrap prices are down a little here. speakers are thrown in the tin pile for 10.25 cents a pound. you can probably get more for it selling it as it is.

Link to antenna. I'm guessing the copper foil should be connected to glass, not metal, but lets see the antenna. Did it come with instructions?

just use riv-nuts or clip-nuts, made for blind fastening. some window weld should hold the ring on there pretty good..... being 4x6, you could...
