MechMan alt problem again?

Ok i got my alt back from denis today. i installed it into my 08 jeep GC. Also the external voltage reg.

The volt reg is on a toggle switch, the toggle switch is on the battary cuz the jeeps computers regulate the voltage to around 13.8. If i put the Volt reg to anywire or fuse box in the car it will not change the voltage.

So i got it runing... but as the alt spins the cars lights flicker to the sound of the alt. Btw the tensioner is mover alot when it dose this. The voltage is never steady @ idle or 1.5-2k rpms

I have the ext volt reg set t0 15.3v, but it goes anywhere from 13.8-15.3v never steady.

I took it for a spin for an hour or so and rolled down my front 2 windows. Got back and the windows wont roll up. My side mirrows also dont work anymore. The back 2 windows work just fine. The dash says that my airbags went off and the battary light is on. i think its cuz i dont use the factory plug for the alt.

What about the airbag and check engine lights?

the engine light could be from the belt slipping so much. the airbag... no idea. its just a light though, the windows he needs fixed.

i think the engine light and battary is cuz im not using the factory plug for the alt. the rest im clueless

install the factory plug for the alt, maybe the car will blow up lol jk but yeah try it it might get better

install the factory plug for the alt, maybe the car will blow up lol jk but yeah try it it might get better

it will go though the computer and set it to 13.8 volts

Ok its a biger problem then we thought. I pulled the door panal off and everything is pluged in nothing lose. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif Ok for the fues... i have so many some one help me. i have 3 different fuse boxes and i know where they are. i looked at my owners manual and cant find the windows help me out















1 switch is for truning both amps on, the other is to trun the ext volt reg on
