Thats why i cant see me doing anyyyy mod to something newer than an 04, id be sick right now.

Shoulda tried mechman alt and if needed higher voltage, the MLA module....seems a lot safer than ext. reg.

It may be in its own separate module, like how it is in my car. Try looking at a wiring diagram of such for your truck.

i cant find a smaller belt, the smallest was 1/2 smaller i found. i could not get it on.

All you have too do is go in NAPA or what not and ask for that belt, than ask them for about an 1/2" smaller....its what I did and they got it for me.

Nothing hard about it

i was there today, 1/2 smaller i cound not get on. i tryed as hard as i could. 1/4 is what i need but they dont have any. Ill ask my dodge shop tomarrow when i take it in to fix the window problem. there thinking its a relay or computer problem....

You should be able to put alot smaller than 1/2" on.....youre not pushing the tensioner down enough.

Did you put stock alt on, Id hate them to void warranty because an alt?

the cars in the shop now. the stock alt is bad, dose not charge, no voltage. the tensioner moves up to untension. I move it as far as it gos.

From reading through it sounds like to me a blown ECM.

You should call Chris at MLA and tell him about your problem and ask him what's a safe range of max charging voltage.

But from all the shit you're having it sounds more like the cars computer problem.

i didnt read, is he using an MLA to keep his voltage higher than standard 14.x?
