Me=n00b What do i need to hook up my subwoofers and amp?

I have a Rockford 1500BD for my amp and 2 Kicker S12L7's for my subs. I need to wire my subs to my amp and my amp to my battery. I have been looking at amp wireing kits but i am not for sure what i need. All i know is i need a 150A fues, 1.5 fread compcitor, and 4 gauge wire. Any ideas on where i can find a good kit at? Also i need my amp wired to 14.4 volts instead of 12v how do i do that?

go with a 4 guage kit if you dont plan to upgrade... go with bigger wire if you do.

It's impossible to "wire" a system to a specific voltage. Your car's electrical system is dependant on that. Most cars run at about 14 - 14.4 volts on, 12 volts off

No he doesnt for operational status, but if it is personal prefrence then yes, he does.

My first recommendation is the Knuconcepts wiring kit but if that is not an option for you a Wal-mart Scoshe 4gauge kit will work well for a good price.

The 1500BD only has 4gauge input?? Does that mean i can only use 4 gague wire?

Yes, or use a gauge reducer...
