MDF rings

router is best but if all you have is a jigsaw then follow the line, take your time then sand it smooth. Thats what i did on my last box cause my ruoter didnt arrive yet when I made that box.

to cut out the inside see if you can find one of thoes drill saw bits.. a bit that you can run sideways as a saw... or just drill a big enough hole to get the jigsaw blade into then cut it out.

Umm this might be a stupid question but how am I supposed to make a perfect circle with a jigsaw for a box.
since when did rings require a perfect circle? You can trace a template and unless you have parkinsons you can cut rings with a jigsaw.

I used a jigsaw for my box cut out as well (another ring). Unless your some sort of tolerance queen there is room for error and imperfection that still allows a complete seal. Matter of fact the whole system was done with a jigsaw (and a cheap one at that).

and if your mad now take some of that car audio money and get high speed lol

Take a piece of cardboard, cut it out in to a long rectangle, puncture a hole at one end and measure all the way to the other side of the cardboard 14 and 3/4 inches and pincture another hole. Nail one hole to the mdf and using the other hole put a pencil in there and draw a circle all the way around. very simple
