I'm not at my house right now, but if memory serves, they are. I bought them around 2001 or so and they sound incredible.

This is the QM218.61Q set (one step down from the legendary QSD216's)...and yes, they were hand made in Germany. This set was manufactured by MB Quart when MB Quart was one of the tops, prior to selling to Rockford and then again to Maxxsonic (and they proceeded to run the MB Quart name through the mud).

You might have a little better luck with these over at Diyma.
