I've got an MB Quart RAA2400 that does 800 watts bridged into 4 ohms. Now here is my question. According to db-r.com
"If you have say 16-24 MOSFet's on the Power Supply section, and only 8-12 MOSFet's or BJT's on the Audio Output section, you likely have an expensive amplifier that is actually 1 ohm Stable."
This MB Quart has 16 power supply fets, and 16 BJT's on the audio output sections (8 per channel). I am curious to see if anybody has one of these and run it at 1 ohm, or know's if it is possible. It has a protection crcuit that I am sure will cut it off at the low of an ohm load. Is there a protection circuit mod that anybody know's of? Just kinda wondering what I can pull out of it at 1 ohm. Now that's 1 ohm bridged, not per channel.
