what tool did he use to cut the holes? router?

Also how did he get the edges smoothed out? using the router again or what? sorry I am a noob when it comes to building boxes

Check the pics... Router with Jasper Jig attachment. Roundover bit on the edges. Router is a box builders best friend . Definitely looking forward to this setup

Yep for right now it will be the 3 15"s off the D9 @.67

Will sit on that for a while and eventually do 2 3500d's strapped @ 1.5 (.75 per amp)

32hz for the lows

Yea thats always a dam ***** trying to decide on the tuning. I tend to prefer the lower tuning. Just feels a bit more volient //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/veryhappy.gif.fec4fed33b4a1279cf10bdd45a039dae.gif. Being that you have the option of switching aero's out at least you can do both low tuning and high tuning if you really wanted.
