so after i took sometime looking at my vehicle, i realized that adding midbass in the back would require a lot of work. So instead, would it be a good idea to add a second set of tweeters, or supertweeters to improve the front stage? Also what are some good tweeters from Madisound.com?? I'm looking for something under 100 bucks a pair. i hear good things about LPG and such.....

what does your substage consist of? Are you sure it would drown it out enough to worry about a lacking frontstage?

i will get some rainbow slc 6.5" s up front and my sub stage is two 12" aa assasins running 350 watts each

thanks, i have the fronts running off of a jbl px300.4 and i'm trying to find something for those to extra channels i'm not using, so want to get something for them. I was considering midbass but that would take too much work (cutting new holes, mdf ring spacers, fiberglassing....) and they may ruin the imaging, so i am now considering tweeters.

so now we go back to the first question, what are some good tweeters from madisound that i can add on top of the rainbows for better sq?

Just adding more speakers won't improve SQ. The SLC's shouldn't need any additonal tweeters.

i am not sure what to tell you...those rainbows are going to sound REAL good. maybe try getting another set of the rainbow tweets? sorry, I cant help more, but that is what I think. I would seriously just run the comp set and see what you think before you go spending more money
