Matching color of HID's

I want to buy some lights to put in the fog light and high beam slots to better match the color of the white/blue from the 55W Apexcones. (white with a hint of blue)

I know PIAA and Sylvania make something that might meet my demand, but I'm not sure. I also don't want to spend another 100 per set of lightbulbs.

The fogs (H3) are more important because they are on at the same time as the lows.

look up the heat range(temp) of the hid's and try to match them.
