massive audio P3000.1 (small review)

Just got my Massive audio P3000.1 in yesterday and all I can say is wow!! This thing is a beast. Installed it in my 06 corolla hooked to 2 12 inch kicker cvx's enclosed 2.5 cubes each @40hz, and this thing wangs! But it really needs alot of power! Running stock alty with kinetic 1400 under hood and 1800 in back run with 1/0 wire! Subs are dual 2 ohm and wire to run at 2ohm load. Amp paperwork says it is rated at follows!

600x2 @ 4ohm rms

1500x2 @2ohm rms

3000X2 @1ohm rms IT is 1500x2 @1ohm rms! Received e-mail from massive saying it was a misprint in my manual!! sorry if it got anyones hopes up including mine!!

3000x1 @2ohm bridged rms

6000 watts peak (just for those that like to see peak numbers)

My last amp was an orion HCCA 5000, until it crapped out for the 4th time, and I called it quits with anything orion! This monster draws more current than the orion did, but to the ear it's sounds louder and cleaner! Will be getting metered this weekend, and will post up numbers with it, but with the orion my best was a 149xxx. that's not what's printed on massives website, but that is what is stated in my manual that came with the unit!
