Ok I generally like massive stuff, but wtf were they thinking on this one? 101 db for higher spl with less power consumption - huh? Now a days, power is cheap and you dont see someone with s SPL setup using a 1000 watt amp //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

And the alumnium cone was a bad move too, but whatever. I guess this is their leap into a "SQL" based driver //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif IMO they were doing fine with the CW's

At least they didnt kill the DMX or CW line. I dont know why they felt they needed to add other driver lines //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

I have some QC15 ordered, they are going to be an awesome sql sub. They should take 1200 rms no problem after all the install I did with the CWs and seen what they can take, I am real excited to see these new QCs. I could not blow the CWs. I abused them with 1600rms yet they started getting loud with a 1/4 of that power.

according to my boss, im not sure if they stopped making them, but they still have plenty in storage (Cw's) and can be ordered from any dealer or from massive.

as for the cone, it kinda reminds me of the hertz sub. how it kinda dips in at the middle.

I called Massive directly and said they couldnt find a dealer with one in stock. it was a 15 btw, cuz i saw the 12's on ebay for a while, but not the 15's. The guy i got my original 15 from said they stopped making them too.

Either way.

Because if a business doesn't grow it shrinks. There's a pretty big "nOOb" market out there that is probably quite profitable.
