You need something in the range of 2000w RMS to fully power those premiers. Anyone from pioneer isn't going to make the power.

Those look like 3004SPL's, correct?

Yeah, He really needs to upgrade the AMP first, the subs are in good shape tho.

Judging from the non-colored motor, I would say that the subs are only 306DVC's or 1256DVC's. this means the subs can only handle 400w a piece, so an 800w RMS amp would do you just fine.

A 3004/2 SPL or the new 3001SPL have a red colored motor.
