if it was rca problem then i think the gain adjustment would still function properly.

yes even at lower volumes it seems to be putting out more power then before i dont understand why i was playing it almost an hour prety hard but the amp didnt get hot at all and the coils on the subs werent even warm maybe its eating up more power than before? idk:crap:

not if the inputs have gone bad, I no expert though so don't really know just have seen this happen before. The signal directly affects the gains correct.

yes it does. but it would still be capable of adjustment of the input signal wether inproper inputs or not. he stated the gain adjustment has no affect. im assuming the hu volume is still in affect.

i check'd everything from the HU remote signal etc and its fine, RCA's are fine, i tried diferent volume settings on the HU and EQ, the remote wire connected from my EQ to HU is fine too .. regardless of the volume settings it gets louder at lower volumes than it did before //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
