Man Dls Has Killer Customer Service! Cannot Be Beat!

Fox is also having a great time with them. When I ordered my USED a7 from Kankar, it was beat up in shipping and also had the wrong remote gain knob with it..

I called DLS usa, left a message and in 15 minutes was called back. I asked if I could PURCHASE the correct gain controller with phase control for the used a7 and to my suprise the guy is asking for my name and address and is just going to ship it to me free even thought I bought it technically second hand! WOW that is customer service!

He asked how I liked the amp and I told him I love it but am just bummed the heatsink was a little beat up from shipping. He tells me, oh man, we cannot have that! He says... I will give you a call back and will try to get you a replacement heat sink so you can enjoy it cosmetically as well!! WHOLLY CRAP ON A STICK! That is freakin cool as it gets. Props to DLS for the KILLER customer service! I have never been treated this well by any company!!! "phoenix gold was nice, but not this nice!"

DLS you now have a customer for life. I reccomend you to anyone!

 
I hope the guy wasn't confused and he thought it got beat up while shipping from them.
I was very very clear, told him it was sold as used and was damaged in shipping. Told him I accepted it anyways because Mark gave me a credit for the damage. I was totally honest about it all which is why I am SO suprised he is taking such awsome care of me!

wow a CALL in 15 minutes is unheard of, not many people PM back in 15 minutes lol. on top of that free stuff? thats downright awesome man.

Thats good to hear... very few companies will do that... I had similar customer service from another company...

 
Wow that's is pretty sweet though...eventhough I'm not surprised. These guys really want to make you happy at THEIR expense. And you're right that is very rare...most everone else makes you feel like you're being a pain in the ***. Not DLS.

What's also great is that they allow their AD's to ship their products if you don't have a dealer in your area.

My A5 shit on my a few days ago and I called the dealer and told him the situation....and he was like, well I need to get you new amp then....and I will be in your neck of the woods next week...CAN I BRING IT OVER??? Pinny @ DLS is the man. I had to wait on my A7's because they were out of stock, but he made it up to me by shipping them 2nd Day Air, fast turn around considering the situation and the product coming from overseas.
