Making pods that go inside the door?

Has anyone made a pod that goes behind the speaker inside the door, rather than making a pod that is on the outside of the door?

edit: It would probably block the motor/window huh? nvm...

Most likely. But if you deaden/seal the doors it would accomplish the same thing
