Making PA SYSTEM/ 100w POWER HORN louder

I recently bought a bearcat 880 + 100w power horn so when people **** me off i can be loud and so they can here me blah blha anyway im trying to make it louder its already loud but im only pushing out about 15-20 watts. What type of amp should i buy to make it twice as loud.. Haha Looking for something not too expensive seeing as how i wanted to buy some jl audio subs soon..
