Major problems with Iraggi Alternator that was damaged during transit.

do you now package and ship and insure correctly?

Yes we do. We put the alternator wrapped in heavy duty wrapping paper and or bubble wrap into a small box, then we put it into a 12x12x12 box and surround it with peanuts to ensure it doesn't move around. We also now cover alternators that are lost by USPS, or lost in transit and will build a new one for the customer if that happens.
