Mag to replace rlp?

theres a huge difference between the old and new mags //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

should notice a rather large difference between the two

//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/imwithstupid.gif.ff72b14418b3c35ebdf1ccd38da21695.gif There are many changes from the first, senond, and third generation Mag's to our new Mag's - soft parts, motor, basically everything but the basket. Chad has messed with both the old and new Mag's and the new Mag's are where it's at. I could run virtually any series of Mag, and I'm running our new Mag's. New Mag's > old Mag's.

honestly i have ran both, rl-p and new and old gen mags, and both are great drivers, but i really don't think you would notice much of a difference given an exact switch.
Considering the old ones used the same motor as teh Rl-P there wouldnt be a huge difference. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

You compared the Rl-P to the old mag. Not the new. New Mag > Old Mag. Old Mag ~ Rl-P

Huge generalizations there.

And no I wasnt aware you've used the new mag. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I was/still am the owner of RL-p's...I swore by them. I had them in 1.5 cubes sealed apiece. Then I got to play around with Justins Mag 2 weeks ago in my truck...not only did it sound better but 1 Mag in a ported box was 5db louder than 2 RL-p's sealed...SAME AMMOUNT OF POWER. So take that for what its worth.

the problem is, this guy is talking about a direct swap. his rl-p would sell for about $160-180 and a new mag cost about $400 new and i don't think he is gonna get a $200 increase in performance.

no i didn't edit my post either //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
