Power Acoustik

i blew one of their 12's with a small home theater amp that puts out like less than 300w and the RMS is like 800 on the sub. and even before it was blown it sounded like poop

id stick with the plan in your sig (type-x's). Just know that to power 2 x's your gunna need alot more than stock wiring (ex. Big 3 (def), possibly alternator, and possibly new battery depending on ur car)

Are we comparing PA's 2 Alpine X's //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif HAHA

One type x Would be fine IMO

Well i want to get the Alpine Type X's but people are sayin they get low but dont get the high beats very well and they also said that i would need more then 1600 watts of power to power them so now im stuck on gettin new subs so if anyone nos of any will u please tell me????

I've personally tested and worked with installs using both the fubr's, and mofos..

while they may appear to be loud to people that haven't messed with many woofers.. they fall way short in comparsion to the majority of woofers out there..

completely pass them up... please.. lol
