Madisound Deadening - Any good?

Thread. It looks decent. As far as deadening goes I was thinking I would either buy a bunch of Peel n Seel from Home Depot for the ground... Although there is a layer of what looks like factory dampening there and its a metallic top... Don't no if that will stick well. Then possibly a mat on top of that? Or would buying just the mat for the ground be enough?
