Insane woofer and a price that is unreal for the uotput capabilities.

Back on topic the 15"s are what a majority of SPL cars run so it woudl be agood idea to get them into production, you them into one super loud car and you will sell out pretty quick I bet.

i have the SPL 12. i couldnt be happier. when i tested it, best sounding sub i have pretty much ever heard. all around the best sub ive ever owned, and ive owned alot. i have some good excursion videos floating around but ill post them here.

can you compare it to the btl, hdc and mt's you had?

kind of hard comparing a 12 to 18's, but output wise do you think 12 to 12 it would be an even match (probably easier to compare the hdc10 to the spl12)

BTL never got tested by me unfortunately, but to the MT. this thing sounded so much **** better, and output,. maybe my box building skills improved, but this sounded SO GOOD AND LOUD, off of 1800 watts compared to the MT. honest to god. very close, not that all around loud effect u get with an 18, but very close. HDC, Mach5 SPL12 hands down, sound and output wise, though it was a ten.

i have people IMing me everyday asking me question this vs that, with the SPL 12, always tell SPL 12. best all around driver, honestly ive ever heard

Pioneer didnt you say there was alike static noise or something when you tested the HDC3? I remember you saying something that bothered you about it and the SPL12 seemed to just play flawlessly.

yea the HDC3 has a common problem that people seem to discuss with a clicking noise. only when it unloaded though.
