Well Im just copying this off of ssa forums but it looks like Mark is thinking about doing a small run of SPL 15s if there is enough people willing to comit to purchasing some. Everyone always says " I wish they would make a SPL15" well here is your chance.

well people are not buying it because they dont know anything about the product. Plus there are some many other products out there its hard to find yourself investing money in a driver you have never heard of or not too many people own. Its a insane sub infact i will put my SPL12 against any other sub in the same price range. show me another sub that is 340shipped BNIB that can take 5k burps all day long and still sound good doing it.

lol, i get ya. But sometimes people buy things based just on the price. Look at the Nightshade from Sundown, it might sell more based on its MSRP alone. That's not to say Sundown is not a good company, sometime people just based their opinions on stupid things.

I think its to late eveyone looking for a nice beefy 15 already preordered the sundown or got a MT,BTL, ect. I had asked about them a few months back but ended up getting some BTLs as did a friend of mine

the thing that sucks about this is that Mark is not making any money off any of his products. So whatever he brings to the market, there has to be enough consumers. Which really limits what he can produce.

that's the problem though, companies will always be coming out with new products so as to keep the consumers interested. Look at Kicker and their L7, there seems to be a revision every year. It's hard for Mark to keep up when he's not doing this for profit.

Well how does DJL do it with Audioque? Just waits and perfects what he does and how he does it. I think soon enough they will be a hit. Maybe they need to find a forum to be a boner for first, im not sure, but I wish Mark the best of luck I was lucky enough to hear a SPL12 and that sub was just sick, it blew me away and the build quality appeared to be far superior to any sub I own.

well... i think the SPL12 just needs to have some people throw up some soild numbers and make a name for its self in the major competition orgs, then maybe more poeple would buy.
