i have this amp i was using to power my old mtx thunder 4200 subs, its a ma audio hk 1397 1600 watts full mosfet series, its a big hunk of junk.

would this be good to power all 4 of my speakers? i have 2 mtxs in the front, and 2 infinity 6x9s in the back, and 2 stock tweeters, in the future i want to upgrade my tweeters and my front speakers, to something louder.

im runnin a rockford fosgate 15001bd for my 2 sa 12s atm.

gonna run 0g to a reducer and use my 4g kit thats runnin my sa 12s atm to use this amp (or another)

well, i can tell you from first hand experience the reducer will not work on that amp the ground and bat are to close together i ended up soldering 4 gauge ends on 1/0 wire. IMO i would get a diff speaker amp i hate ma with a passion

alot of people told me that it would work, your saying it WILL NOT? what if i tape around it?

its the best way i can see it working.

and is the amp too powerful for speakers? i mean, if it would work fine id liek to use it to save money for now?

just cause you hate it i shouldnt?

thanks for advice.

that amp seems really powerful for some speakers...
could i run it on low gain or whatever??

let me get an expert //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

i was also told i only had enough to pre outputs to run a 2 channel amp or something?

JVC MP3/WMA CD Car Deck [With AUX Input] (KD-R520) : Single DIN Car Decks - Future Shop thats my deck.

and i was told it would be better to use a reducer?? now i dont know if i should use a block or what? if that where the case would i still need to buy another kit? dont i need another set of rcas and remote? is this less power wired with a block??

thanks

i know, dont really need those opinions though, if u have a problem with it or whatnot, if its gonna work for what i need, then i want to use it, so i can save $200 to buy one that will work better.
