Just bought a Hifonics BXI 2010D.

Got it for 100 dollars from a craigslist trade. Not sure why the guy let it go so cheap, I hooked it up and everything works perfectly fine.

Has anybody had experience with these amps? From what I hear they don't quite do rated, but are bulletproof.

supposedly the 10s actually DO rated or REAL close.. I believe that is when they started getting certified.. hifonics makes decent gear... people just want Way underrated amps priced at the power they actually put out.. and since hifi does at or about rated people on here bomb em

exactly ^ Even if its a little over rated I still think its a steal. Its been running fine at .6 ohms. Going to do some more testing with it tomorrow. Kinda hard with a stock electrical though. Hopefully getting a batt soon.
