ma audio hk-4000d problems

once the amp get a little bit loud it turns right backoff. it dosnt go into protection and dosnt turn off just no sound will come out for a couple seconds. cycle repeats over and over. amp voltage never drops below 14.3. usually about 14.6-14.7 checked grounds and everything. everything is ok. changed to a type r dual 4 to see if it had to do with ohm load. same problem. any suggestions. just got the amp from scottie j today. he is a gr8 seller but something went wrong somewhere

scottie j wouldnt do that. i got a good deal. maby he sent me the wrong 1 or something. he has a good rep and he knows what he is dooing with car audio. even though this happened i still vouch for his as a seller. i just dont know what happened

there are no outside fuses on a 4000d dont want to open it without talkin 2 scottij but is there any on the inside?
