I'm thinking about getting a new amp! I want something good this time, no more budget stuff that just gets you by...

I thought I've heard good things about MA Audio before, but would like some more info.

There is also, Lanzar Opti Series. Possibly Kicker.. idk.. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

kicker makes solid amps that generally birthsheet a little more than rated power, as well as relatively efficient, since you have practically a stock electrical system.

lol, it is stock, so efficiency is a must. I would also like to get into a solid amp before I upgrade any electrical.

go with a zx1000.1 and do big 3 and you should be good if not then just upgrade the front battery
that zx1000.1 will do close to 1200
Big three is done.. Well it's all stock but it has everything the "big3" does. the only thing I would do, it use a shorter thicker wire from the battery to the alt.

for the power you want at imp you want kicker will probably be your best best.

To bad you dont want 800wrms @ 1 ohm because I would sell you my HK1000D. Does well on a stock electrical with the big 3 done. Many like to believe the amp is not 1 ohm stable but their misled.
