Amp for My MTX's and Infinitys

I need a suggestion on 2 Amps

I need an Amp that runs between 200 and 250 RMS on 2 4ohm Channels for My MTX Thunder 4000's that run on 200RMS and an amp for my infinity 6.5"s that run on 60 RMS on 4 ohms which will also be a 2 channel. I want both amps to match, i was planning on getting Soundstream picasso 180W 2 Channel and 540W 2 channel. The 540 will run on 180W RMS which i dont know if there will be a difference in 20W but if it is much of a difference then i would like someone to suggest something good. the 180 is 94.99 and the 540 is 189.99 so they will have to match those prices atleast for me to consider them

soundstream are decent, hifonics have some good mono amp, not sure about their a/b amps. What's your budget?

Really i want my amps to be under $300 together - I found 2 Pheonix Gold Amps that i think will be good.

Can anyone tell me why or why not to get the Octane series. At this point i think its the best i can afford untill im ready to upgrade later. Someone please
