(lpf) need help

whats a good spot to set a low pass frequency, mine gose from 50-250Hz i have it at 50 and the sub sonic filter at 50Hz but it dosent sound right need sugestions!!

it all depends on what sub. first off, put that ssf on 20 hz because that is the lowest audible tone. put the low pass on at least 175 if not higher. if it is an 8 or 10 then put it on 250 but its all up to what you want to pass through. i usually play forgot about dre and put it to where all of the bass notes pass through
