Honestly I'm glad it is 21 because it allowed me to enjoy some crazy illegal drinking nights that I otherwise wouldn't have had. Very existentially validating coming-of-age type of stuff. Fond fond memories.

I agree. The thrill of going to a bar and getting to drink when you are like 19. Can't beat it.

then traffic deaths caused by dui's would go up. Im 19 and i say it should be 21. Young people are allready killing enough people by street racing, much less doin it drunk.

i'm willing to money saying majority of drunk drivers are over 21.

it wouldn't change anything, kids will still drink & still drive drunk. just like someone of age would.

If an 18 year old wants alcohol, they can get it. So why not just make it legal. Follow in the footsteps of almost every other country in the world and lower it.

lowering the age will never happen, if anything they need to raise it.
