Low Static Noise New Amp

Hey everyone, I'm an amateur at wiring in cars, but I wired two 12 inch Kicker comp C subs in last year. I decided to get some aftermarket speakers for my lil civic which are rated for 60W. I have a 400 W RMS x4 amplifier for all four speakers.

I didn't upgrade my stock headunit so last year I bought a LOC to convert the rear speaker wires into RCA. Through a series of RCA splitters, I connected four sets of RCAs running from the same LOC for both the subwoofer and four speakers.

I also purchased two power/ground distribution blocks. One has a 4 gauge power wire from the battery that splits into 4 gauge to subwoofer amp and 8 gauge for speaker amp. The other has a 4 gauge ground into chassis that splits into 4 gauge to subwoofer amp and 8 gauge to speaker amp. I'm thinking the problem might be the ground but I'm not too sure since the subwoofer isn't making noise.

Thanks everyone

~Josh

Need you to describe the noise better (posting a video helps).  Describe what the noise does with vehicle RPM and with head unit volume (does it increase or change in pitch?).

Some amplifiers are prone to noise if the gain is too high.  Try a low gain (as low as you can tolerate) on both amps so you use most of the head unit volume (avoid going over 80%).
