The highest score that I know of in a single cab would probably be TommyK. He was in the 150's if I remember right.

36 type R's, 36 mtx 1501d's, a 700 amp alternator, 200 feet of kicker 1/0, and a remote control to drive the car since you wont fit in the cabin, you'll have to sit on top of the truck.....but chicks dig it
