loudest low end with 2 12s or 10s

just like the topic said. i remeber making a thread like this a while back but it just turned into a bunch of people posting big numbers @ higher freqs. im curious on who has owned or heard an 2 10 or 2 12" woofer install that got extremly loud on the low end. low end i mean 36hz on down. thanks guys

i did a 147.1 before with 2 12" pbx 2xls at 36 hz... each one on a asa1000 wired at 2 ohms.. in a 01 grand cherokee

WOW really i would love to see pics of that setup. can u shed some light on the enclouser size and tunning? and asa 1000 never heard of those.

i dont member bro sry.. by ur name i take it u drive a tahoe.. i have one too and i recently did a 147.6 with same subs but on a single xa1500... i can get u those demensions if u want but it peaks at 45 hz and i know ur not lookin for anything thats that high

its all about the install man, 10's can get just as loud or louder and lower than 12's

yea u are right it is. i just recently bought 2 decent 12s n the tahoe i think its ridiclious for what it is. even though this is my smallest install and has nothing on my previous installs, its **** loud for what it is. this is my first 2 12 setup. every other install in my tahoe has been insane. last install was 2 RE SX Dual 2 18s in 22 cubes tuned to 26hz with an autotek mm 2000.1 on each sub.

ya thats in the jeep..tuned to 36 im pretty sure or lower... peaked at 37 or 38

My 2 12s are pretty decent on the low end tuned to 36hz.

My single 10" peaks at around 28-31hz or so.

Never tested it, but I get the most volume to the ear at those points.

if dealing with the same brand and model assuming the subs are in the proper box ...the 12's will hit lower
