Pionner 3004 if your amp is only 2-ohm stable, 3002 if 1 ohm stable

that's right just pick your poison, all boils down to personal preference.

no not 900 watts, i have a good 14.4 volt connect and a 0 gauge ground wire. right now my R is this. i was gonna build a bigger box but now i wanna get a better sub.

it's all in the install. i had an 18" Sx and loved it to death, way louder than the 2 l7's i had.

it'll probobly be similar to a type R as far as SQ, and in the right inclosure, it'll probobly get louder.

I have never seen tie downs on a box before. Most people who don't carpet (which includes myself because I **** at it) apply strips of velcro to the bottom to keep it from moving.

Is this box even ported or ported in the back? The R's I head don't like to be sealed.

Cut out all that insulation in the back seat and there may be an "x" at the back seat. You can grind that out also, you car will make more groaning noises but hey, it's all in the name of car audio.
