Losing output when you invert subs?

I'm losing it again because my batteries are going inside the box. I'm not sure how i'm going to seal the box well with a + & - wire going in and two of each coming out.
The ports will be external as well
Drill some holes and use nuts and bolts as terminals

Went and picked up some battery boxes...so now i've got a few more questions...

I've got a bed liner (not spray on) and i'm not sure on how I will run the wires from the front to the bed or from the bed into the cab //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif
