Looking to wire a 4 channel amp to two 12s and door speakers

What would be the best way to go about wiring a Rockford Fosgate P4004 to two 12" Rockford Fosgate R1S412s and two door speakers (not sure what they are anymore, I bought them around seven months ago)? I've only wired a monoblock to one 10".

(if needed):

Head Unit: Clarion CZ200

Car: '04 Dodge Stratus SXT

Wiring Kit: 4 Gauge Audiopipe

You have very few options. Door speakers on channels 1&2. Subs on channels 3&4. If the subs can be combined into 4 ohm mono, bridge channels 3&4. If not, run one per channel.
