Looking To Upgrade

So i bought my buddies Rockford 12T2D2 & Hifonics Brutus 1200 a few weeks back. Hooked it up today and it pounds as expected but wasnt quite what i wanted. I also have another Hifonics Brutus 1200d & a Sundown SA15 that i took out to put in the T2. Honestly the rockford doesnt seem much louder, possibly a db or 2 which is either sad on rockfords part or a plus to sundown. Anywho, i got this old timer at work who wants to buy a system and i was either thinking of selling him the sub, amp, and box for 550 and buying a better sub and saving up for an amp or is there anyway i could strap these amps to give it more power and bring it to the proper ohms. While wiring it up i was lookin in the owners manual and it doesnt show that the T2 can be wired to 1 ohm, says either 2 or 4. If you dont think its worth messing around with then any ideas on new sub would be appreciated. Ive always wanted a nightshade, also interested in IA, SSA, FI, DC, RE, DD, and the other beast modes. Looking to spend 400-500 on sub, the less i spend on sub in that range the quicker i can get an amp to power it. No rush cuz i can always throw the 15 back in. Thanks guys..

yes u can strap the 2 hifi's for a 2ohm load...

k thanks man. off topic. Im not that new to this site. on here quite often just dont post much, mostly read stuff for entertainment. wondering if there is a way i can change a setting to be notified when ppl post in my thread instead of just coming back to it and hoping someone has

ahh i see. lol thanks. well if i were to sell the RF, what would you recommend. I like nightshade. seems good for the price. but then again i cant say bcuz some dont list price or what not and i dont feel like annoying dealers by asking

To many options to just pick one like u said NS,9500,BTL, etc the list is endless. My fav single sub to date was my Pap's wmd2 12" was just beast but then again its just what I liked not so much what anyone else would like.

Or if u got the itch and the cash maybe a MOAB

Dealer's shouldn't be annoyed. That's their job! You could always talk to SPLaudio on here and have him make you a custom beast. He does nice work.

k, thanks dad. actually, just sent him a message asking about a recone on my RF HX2 15s lol. ill see what he says. Disturbed, never heard of PAP but i do like the way the wmd looks. moab looks too big, assuming its an 18 tho.

Corey can do wonders.... The wmd2 was a beast laughed at my aq2200@.5ohm. Yea, that moab is an 18..
