Looking to upgrade subs

Hey, im looking to switch out my 10" diamond audio d6's with something more spl oriented. I love the sq, but i just want to be louder. I was hitting 142db at 41hz, and the enclosure is a TCAB tuned to 35hz. I am not looking to get a bigger amp, because then id have to make modifications to my electrical system, and i definitally dont have money for that just yet.

So basically im lookin for 2 tens that would be louder then my current subs by just swapping them out of the box. I was thinking the new kicker CVX, but it hasnt come out yet. lemme know what you guys think i should do..

2 10 type r's would be nice... 2 10 cvr's can get loud too but the type r get as loud if not louder than the cvr and sound very good.

I'd rather have the D6's than the **** type R's to be honest

If you want a real upgrade why dont you just up to a D9 Diamond? Then again, more power is needed.

Lots of choices....would be nice if ya had more power. How much louder are you looking to get?

basically i want more spl....not like huge louder but anything is great...ive been told type r get louder then d6...what about the cvr or CVX?
