I've noticed a loud buzzing noise coming from my head unit at high volumes, and the speakers lcip and sound terrible when the volume is turned up. I was thinking about buying 4 new speakers for my door.

I want 4 2-way speakers and 4 tweeters.

Note I already have 2 12" kicker running on my 1100 watt monoblock in the back.

Is it necessary to purchase a cheap 4 channel amp if I ran around 4 50 watt RMS speakers and 4 20 watt RMS tweeters? I want to keep the budget as cheap as possible.

I was thinking about spending around $50-100 for 4 car door speakers, but I want the best bang for the buck.

Bass in these speakers in not priority whatsoever; I'm looking for high sound quality with clarity and ability to hit mids and highs without distortion at any volume.

What amp would you recommend? (~$50)

What 2 way speakers would you recommend? (50-100$ for 4 speakers)

What head unit would you recommend? Do I even need an amp if I find a powerful enough head unit?

Is a new head unit necessary? My current problems include

-Buzzing noise that gets louder with higher RPM's

-distortion at high volume levels.

Thanks!
