Looking To Switch It Up

Ok. So here's what I'm currently working with:

18" 05 RE XXX

8.25Ft^3 NET @ 33hz

SAZ 1500D

I am looking to switch it up to a lower power/ more cone area setup. I was really looking into either (8) 8" drivers or (4) 12" drivers. Both would need to either work in about 8 cubes or less ported. The smaller the better so I can rearrange my current setup more effectively and to save a little weight. I was looking to do something a little different so all opinions welcome. I would like to keep my current amp or downgrade if necessary but no increase. I would prefer something with some xmax and moderately efficient. Budget isn't really a limiting factor but nothing that would cost me an arm a leg would be nice. I am really looking to get semi-violent (yes a stretch but a goal non-the-less) below 30hz.

Criticism welcome.

Cliffs:8's or 12's in 8 cubes with lower power for sub-30hz quake.

No one else has anything for me to check into? I was also looking into trubass ultras but it seems it is pretty hard to find 8 matching in good shape. Anything along those lines?

I think you'll have a hard time beating that '05 XXX in sub 30hz output with budget friendly drivers.

How about 8 or 10 super cheap 10's? Pyle PLW10BL 10" Blue Cone Woofer 292-130 10 of these, free shipping on orders over 100$ AFAIK at partsexpress. 210 for 10 10's what do you have to lose?

Well I was planning on moving the XXX into home theater duty and the reviews on the Pyles don't really impress me. Also I was just wanting to switch up the single sub setup and see if I could get a little more low end umph. I do appreciate the post though. Thanks.
