looking to make a straight spl car

i have a focus hatch

i love the car an everything but i wanna make it into an spl car...

im gonna take out the backseat .. i wanna go big ...

therefore i need ur guys help with this .. i have a good idea of what i wana do

but im looking into doing customs kick panels, doors front and back ... the works

ive been researching this for a little while and ive come up with a few different subwoofer companies that i could quite possibly use in my search for one of the loudest ford focuses ...

i know digital designs makes amazing spl woofers ... and i see that alot of people hit very high numbers with there 9917 series of woofers ...

but i need some help as to what other subs are hitting high numbers ...

another woofer i saw was the solo x ... but im sure about them ...

im also going to be running as much upgraded eletrical system as i need to ... i just need some help on getting started and i know u guys here are the best ... so if u can point me in a good direction to start ... please let me know ..

i see and do great numbers with atomic subs. choice of subs all depends on what kinda amp power oyu have tho.

the power will be most likely kicker 2500.1, IA 2000.1 , something around those levels

as far as the box ... there will be a ton of space without the back seat ... so once i figure out the woofers ill base it around that

I would figure out what class you want to compete in and go from there. Audioque makes excellent equipment, pretty much the same as DD. IA has the warden coming out in a while. Too many companies, but you can't go wrong with those.

i say get 2 soundstream xxx-6500's and strapp them and get soundstream splx or soundstream xxx-15's or some tc pa-5200 subs

im from norwalk .. the most boring towards in ct ...

those soundstream amplifiers are outrageous ... lol strapped together doing about 13000 ... hahah thats ridiculous ... i love soundstream amplifiers ... i enjoy there picasso amplifiers good clean power in my opinion the pca2000 ... pushed my boys solo x 10 very nicely ...

i personally wanna look for a US Amps AX 3000DE i believe thats the model number .... i love US Amps ... one of the greatest amplifier companies i have seen or worked with

well i'd imagine he wants a wall, prolly 2 18's or 4 12's and idk what else.

if i was in your place i'd go with 4xalpine 15" type r dual 4ohm and 2x Z1 strapped so that each sees 0.25ohms

Could be near 160if the install goes good

Nhustla ... im looking into the four 12 sub setup ... whatever category that fits into ... thats what im looking to do ... i used to be in the competition scene but lost interest for a while now im looking back into so i dont know what those categories stipulations would be ? or what they apply too
