Looking to downgrade, but keep the lows

Basically i want to downgrade from my 15" BTL to 2 -10's or 2 -12's

I am looking to downgrade in size and output but keep the low end. I love how deep bass sounds, so i want something that can hit low and clean.

I know little about enclosures other then what people say on here, i try and learn but sometimes i get lost. Right now i got a ported enclosure tuned to 30 hz and love the way it sounds. I have big box and big port to optimize output.

I have heard of some bandpass i think its 4th order, not sure exactly what or how it works but its suppose to be louder.

Hense im looking for 2 subs 10's preferred or 12's that can hit the lows and take around 1000rms ( will be less more then likely) and have good output for daily driving.

The BTL is awesome but with college being so expensive i need to sell it and get something more affordable for now.

Not looking to spend more then 300 on subs and enclosure. I was thinking what about some lower end models with good SQ.

Any advice would be great. I have a 07 Grand Prix fully deadened.

Well that is a tight budget. Not sure how you'll save much money but GL

I'm assuming you're buying used... I'd recommend Fi Q's or SSD's

Im not even looking for that much, the SSD is okay, but i am looking for something else. And yes im looking at used. Thought of getting some used motors and getting a custom recone kit to fit my needs.

i have a pair of pheonix gold rsdc subs in a custom made sealed box from srq customs 600rms a piece and sound amazing all for 150, looks super clean, the subs whre used for 15 min i tried to put them in a dodge ram box and they were 2 deep so i put them in my old box for my 08 grand prix and they sounded amazing but i couldnt do anything with them so my loss, we ended up putting elemental designs in the ram truck //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Doesnt sound to bad, so your selling box and 2 subs for 150? or just the subs, how good was the output. Im looking to have good output with good sq.. nothing crazy like my btl but i would like to have a decent amount of bass. I have a 15 now, so i figure if i drop to 2-10's or 2 -12's and give them 1k watts it would be a good amount of output.
