Looking to buy 12" sub (SQ, Musical, whatever)

Finally bought my 5-channel amp so I know what kind of power i am going to be working with. What I am looking for is a nice 12-13" sound quality sub. I like some bass, but quality is the most important factor as i listen to lots of rock music. My amp will put out around 500 wrms at 2-ohms so i am looking for a sub around that power range.

Some of the subs I am interested in:

JL W3

JL W6

IDQ

Boston Acoustics G5

PG RSD

I am open to other offers, but just keep in mind, its sound quality over output. Thanks!

Thanks for the offers. Not really interested in the treo. I already have two CVR's that i am looking to replace. Im thinking about the W6....

I'd recommend the G5 or The IDQ (Even better, IDMAX. It will get louder. Not sure of the rating. Probably 1K RMS. I've been trying to find one for the cheap for a while. Hah.

I'd stay away from the JL stuff. While they're good products, they're over-priced.

I have owned over 40 dofferent subs in the last year and 2 that have stood out to me were, the BOSTON G5 and an Arc Audio Flatline. The Arc is similar to the idmax, sounds great and gets plenty loud. The Boston G5 and a matching GTR will sound fantastic also.

got what you need, a Beyond Audio X-One sub, D4, rare old school SQL sub. let me know if your interested! mlstrass can vouch for this sub, he help me install it and he was shocked at the output. 450rms, 32mm xmax, double stacked motor, sounded really nice, there is only 1 more of these floating around.
