Looking into 6.5" Components - Budget

Hey guys, With the car audio world changing and companies changing for the good or bad, I would like your input.

I was huge into car audio in the late 90's.

Now I was looking into the following components:

Powerbass 3xl-6c = $99

Unique, seems usa designed. up and coming brand?

How is their amps, ASA, XA?

Cadance CWM6 = $80

Looks sweet, good price.

How is their TXA amps?

Excelon KFC-X1710P = $130

not sure on quality anymore?

How is their new excelon amps?

PG RSd 65cs = $80

Seem to get good reviews by those who own them.

My factory, 20 yr old speakers have done well for me for about 1yr of owning the 300ZX.

Any suggestions, being a hatch car I will only be using the front. Later on I will be adding a 10" sub for some bump hidden where the spare was.

all in all a small system, just so I can hear my tunes.

Interesting, I haven't thought about the Orion brand since they had the nice red HCCA amps. **** those were nice.

rsd's for sure, i just put a set in today on a zx550.2 and they are sick!

if u dont mind used or not from a "store", check the classifieds here. i jsut got some re 6.5 components for VERY cheap

Pioneer REVs are another good choice

and for like 180ish you can grab some MB Quart PCE-216s----but these may be a few bucks over your budget

Orion HCCA 6.2 if the above are more than you want to spend.
