How would I go about even starting to making fiberglass door pods on a door panel like this?

I'm going to remove the factory grille and place my MDF baffle above the hole to reduce the cutting of my door panel. Since my door panel is one solid piece and I can't just glass the one section and not worry about screwing up the whole door. How should I go about starting my fiber glassing?

I also foresee the storage compartment becoming a problem.

Yes the door panel has vinyl of it.
