Looking for New Wheels

I was wondering if you guys know of some online or local companies where I can get a set of rims and tires.

Nothing fancy, I dont want to spend a buttload of money, but I want something that can perform well in the rain, and look alright on my car...probably gonna get them in chrome.

I'm looking for ~17"-19" Rims, and low profile tires with em. Currently I have mis-matched rims and balding tires, since my dad wont help me, i've been stuck with some crappy stuff.

I figure about $1,000 for four wheels, but if I have to spend more, I'll just wait longer.

I was looking at them because of the price.

I do like the 5 spoke designs, but I was doing my best to keep it cheap.
